When families choose us, they can rest assure that they will be served by the same funeral director from start to finish, therefore, the arranger taking care of the funeral arrangements will also be the conductor on the day of the funeral to ensure that everything takes place as requested.
Our funeral directors also provide all of our client families with funeral estimates that are accurate and inclusive of all the required services so that there are no unexpected fees, and we also understand that it can be difficult for grieving families to have funeral funds at hand, so we do not require for any of our services to be paid for in advance, and all of our client families are given up to one month from the day of the funeral to finalise the payment.
