About Us

The beginning of our business was first established in 2008 by the current owner who is also the Managing Director. He started his own funeral business because in the years prior he attended many funerals and recognised that there was a need for families in Melbourne’s western and northern suburbs to have the option of choosing another funeral director.

We have always been and continue to remain independently owned and operated and we have that approach because we believe that funeral businesses should not be corporate businesses, due to the fact that funerals require a significant amount of careful planning and organising which is easier for bereaved families to receive when dealing with an independently owned and operated funeral director.

We will never guarantee anything that’s unpredictable and we are always honest towards our client families, and the honesty that we have is part of a philosophy that we have always implemented, which is to provide our client families with all of the products and services that they require without paying for anything that’s unnecessary.

Our funeral directors are experienced and we always provide our client families with everything that they require in ways that are possible and therefore respectful towards their religious and cultural values, because many of the modern funeral products and services that are becoming increasingly popular are not accepted by many religions and cultures, and when we give families estimates we ensure that they are inclusive of all requirements, however, many families often fall for cheaper estimates that are not inclusive of all the products and services that they require and on most occasions the same type of funeral we would provide ends up costing more through the seemingly cheaper companies, because an all inclusive service that seems expensive through us at first, is often more expensive through other funeral directors.
