When Adair Funeral Services was providing services, all funerals that we conducted were achieved by local families actually choosing Adair Funeral Services as their preferred funeral director and no funerals were ever achieved as a result of any Government, Hospital or Aged Care Facility transfer contracts/arrangements or via any level of anti-competitive business practices.
The sale will include the trading name (Adair Funeral Services) along with another business trading name (Adair Chauffeur Services) the domains for both, the logos and the transfer of the phone and fax numbers. Both trading names and logos are trademark protected and can be used Australia wide and the sale will include the transfer of all four trademarks. The Adair Funeral Services trademarks for the trading name and logo are currently registered until 2034.
